You know what you need. We find who makes it well, at the price that works, and get it through the port without drama.
Inbound: factory → port → customs → your warehouse
Outbound: Indian factories to buyers in 15+ countries
Service 02
You have the product and the capacity. What you need is a buyer who reorders — and the paperwork discipline to keep the relationship alive.
Service 03
Landing goods in India is half the job. We take stock off your hands and move it to the dealers, retailers and industrial buyers who sell it.
Warehouse to dealer to shelf, across the country
A named intermediary, accountable to both sides
Service 04
Sometimes the deal is better done directly — with someone in the middle who knows both parties, both markets and what the contract should say.
How we work
Whichever service you engage, the sequence and the accountability do not change.
Product, volume, destination and timeline. You get a feasibility answer and indicative pricing.
Counterparties shortlisted, samples approved, and commercial terms fixed in a proforma invoice.
Pre-dispatch inspection, documentation, insurance and freight booked on the agreed route.
Customs cleared, duties settled, consignment delivered and the file closed with you.
Service questions
Within one working day for a costed indication on a familiar line. For a new product or an unfamiliar route we will tell you within a day how long the full quote will take — usually three to five working days while suppliers respond.
It depends on the structure. When we trade on our own account our margin is in the price we quote you. When we act as agent or broker, we work on a percentage agreed in advance and disclosed to both sides. There are no surprise fees at invoice stage.
We can, and usually do. Freight forwarding, marine insurance and customs brokerage are arranged through long-standing partners and billed at cost plus a stated handling fee. If you prefer your own forwarder, we work with them instead.
That is exactly what pre-shipment inspection is for — most deviations are caught before the container is sealed. Where something does slip through, the remedy is defined in the purchase contract (replacement, credit or rework) and we pursue it with the supplier on your behalf.
Product, quantity, destination — that is enough to start. We will come back with a costed answer.
